Here’s a bit of a Team update from JJ HQ!
Last month we welcomed a new member of the team; Alison Allsup has joined us as Recruitment Administrator as Carly Hyde has taken on the role of Recruitment Co-ordinator supporting the team with resourcing , setting up interviews and generally being invaluable!
Melissa Teece, Recruitment Consultant, has now been with us for 18 months working alongside Kirsty Ellis, both of them capably managed by Liz Harrison, our Recruitment Manager who is still very actively involved in the day-to-day recruiting. When we’re briefed with a role all 5 of them will be working in synergy to source the best possible candidates!
Supported by our Managing Director, Lisa Johnson (who focuses on Business Development and Account Management), Leanne Waite in Marketing and Lynn Johnson in Accounts, we are still a small team but have great systems in place to make sure our recruitment process is as efficient and effective as possible!
