One of the reasons she decided to move out of Technical Management and into recruitment was the experience she had whilst trying to expand her team by 12 Technologists in the space of a year. Joint MD Frederika Roberts has been with Jarvis Johnson since 2005, having previously gained extensive specialist sector recruitment experience, including placing Scientists into the food manufacturing sector.
