Compliance & Quality Assurance Co-ordinator
The Compliance & Quality Assurance Co-ordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring that the company’s hospitality sites across London meet regulatory, health & safety and internal brand quality standards. You will be responsible for co-ordinating and monitoring a wide range of compliance-related activities and audits, including health and safety, pest control, maintenance, food safety, fire safety and ongoing remedial works.
The role would suit someone with a background in either Health & Safety or Food Safety or with EHO / TSO training. They would also consider a recent graduate with a relevant degree and some practical experience in a food establishment.
Reporting to the Director, responsibilities for the role will include:
- Compliance and Safety Co-ordination
- Acting as Primary Administrator for Food Safety Management System
- Maintenance and Contractor Co-ordination
- Overseeing Pest Control and Hygiene
- Responsibility for Audits and Documentation
Essential / Desirable skills include:
- Health and Safety Level 3
- Food Safety Level 3
- Ideally will have worked in a compliance role for other food establishments: restaurants, bakeries, shops, cafes, coffee shops or have a Food Manufacturing background
- Practical experience in kitchens, restaurants, bakeries or food manufacturing
- Understanding of Audits
- Ideally an understanding of Environmental Health and SALSA /BRC
- Excellent communication skills – Verbal and written
- Flexibility to undertake this varied role

The working hours are primarily Monday to Friday but you will be required to work one scheduled weekend per month (with 2 weekdays off during the week where a weekend is worked). The salary offered is up to £35k depending on experience. The role will involve daily travel to 5 locations across London. The company has office space in Central and / or North West London which can be used as a base on non-auditing days.
