Personality Profiler
Many of our clients find that personality fit is a key factor in their recruitment process.
In order to assist our clients in finding the best personality fit we can now offer our clients the opportunity to ask candidates to complete a simple personality profiling questionnaire. This takes no longer than 10 minutes (at the most) to complete and we can then e-mail instant results to our client.
This is particularly useful at second interview stage, particularly as it also supplies the reader with suggested interview questions and a summary of the candidate's ideal working environment, based on their responses.
