One of the reasons she decided to move out of Technical Management and into recruitment was the experience she had whilst trying to expand her team by 12 Technologists in the space of a year. So many of the agencies she dealt with were only interested in the job title and salary and then wondered why she said "No" to the majority of CVs they submitted to her.
